What are your hours? Thursdays 5-10. Fridays 5-11. Saturdays 2-11. Sundays 12-8. We can also host private events in our taproom during the week, too. Email email@example.com for booking information.
Do you have food? Sometimes! Our main vendor tends to be Asado Wagon, Argentine BBQ from the masters at Gaucho! They have a kitchen on the property. Check the FOOD tab for our truck schedule, because sometimes we have special guests (and sometimes, no truck at all). You’re always welcome to bring your own food or order from our list of local restaurants that deliver to us. Our food truck schedule takes a seasonal break from November to the spring.
May I sell your beer in our bar or restaurant? Sure! Email Greg at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss sales and partnerships.
How do I find your brewery? My maps app can’t find you. We are located at 1958 Varley Street, tucked away in the Spring Hill area of the North Side. We think the easiest way to find us is to take the Chestnut Street exit off of Rt. 28 (the same exit as Penn Brewery), then go down Spring Garden Avenue (past Wigle Whiskey and Threadbare) to Homer Street. Going up Homer will lead you to Varley Street — make a right into our lot. If you see a glass mosaic mural, you are very close! Check our CONTACT page for more directions and details. We promise that our peaceful setting and nice views are worth the voyage.
Is Spring Hill Brewing family-friendly? Absolutely! Kids of all ages and even (on-leash) dogs are welcome. Sometimes we do hold special events that are not suitable for children. Please check our events page or Facebook for details.

How do I book a private party at the taproom? We have a variety of event packages and options. Email Sara at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss. We also have a lovely partnership with the WBU Event Venue (the former Workingmen’s Beneficial Union event space, attached to our taproom), meaning events of nearly all sizes can be held on the property.
Why do you change your tap list so much? We brew on a nano-scale, meaning we are making about 70 gallons of beer per batch. This affords lots of opportunities for experimentation, but it also means we switch things out fairly quickly. Our TAP LIST on this site will have a sample of offerings and we update it often, but sometimes we have to make last-minute adjustments, too.
Do you fill growlers? Nope! We do sometimes have limited quantities of bottled beers to enjoy here or to-go.
What do you serve besides beer? In addition to our portfolio of farmhouse ales (and sometimes meads), we usually have a local cider or wine, a couple of non-alcoholic and ultra-low ABV drinks, bottled pops and bubble water, and a few surprises that surface here and there.
Do you have gift cards? Yep! You can purchase a gift card via Square by clicking HERE. Your receipt will say Parts Unknown Brewing.
